I’ve worked across HR, operations, and leadership in fast-growing tech companies, often as the first person in the role. I know what it’s like to wear many hats, make decisions with limited data, and balance people needs with business urgency. Through it all, I discovered that what I enjoy most is being the thinking partner - the calm in the chaos - helping founders and professionals make grounded, strategic choices.

• Mentoring; especially for team leads and HR professionals. I bring both experience and empathy, sharing what I’ve learned across hiring, scaling, and leading in high-growth environments.

• Advisory; for startups looking for support on people strategy, operations, or leadership. I step in with hands-on experience and strategic insight to help you move forward, faster.
